Large Meeting Room
The main meeting room is housed within the 17th century part of the property. Maximum permitted occupancy is 57, on cushioned benches and padded chairs set out in a square. Capacity can be increased by 20 if the upstairs Gallery is also used.
This room can be set out theatre style if required. The room has an adjoining breakout space for 12.
The main meeting room space is wheelchair accessible and is fitted with an induction loop.
Small Meeting Room
Housed in a modern building this can seat 25 around 5 small tables and has a maximum occupancy of 30, seated in rows. It is next to the kitchen which has an open hatch into the foyer for serving drinks. It is wheelchair accessible.
Library (breakout space)
The library can be used for small meetings and seats 12. It is also a breakout space for the Main Meeting Room.
Gallery
This small room holds 12 seated around tables. It is upstairs and not accessible for those with mobility difficulties. The shutters can be opened to give more space for the meeting house below, seating 20.
Other Facilities
The kitchen is available for drinks and heating food prepared off site. It is shared by all users and included in the room hire rate but sole use may be available for an extra fee.
There are two toilets with disabled access
We have a TV display for users to borrow and wifi is available on request.

Parking is available in the adjoining Ashfield Public Car Park 2 minutes away. Current cost £3.80 a full day. Lower rates for under 2 hours and under 4 hours.
The nearest bus stop in the Marketplace which is within 5 minutes walk
Settle Train station is less than 10 minutes walk.
Terms and Conditions
We do not allow alcohol on our premises and ask all users to respect this.
Hire Rates: £18 per room per session up to a maximum of 4 hours; £20 for groups of more than 20 people.
